Tangible prize: If you have won a tangible prize (i.e. autographed photo or t-shirt), please allow up to two weeks for shipping and handling. U.S. Figure Skating will contact you when your auction item has shipped. Event ticket prizes will be mailed to the winner two weeks prior to the event or held at Will Call; arrangements will be made with the winner prior to delivery. If the prize is related to a future event, please allow two weeks from the end of the event for delivery. Nontangible prizes: If you have won a nontangible prize, including event packages, U.S. Figure Skating will contact you by email within 48 hours of the auction’s end regarding claiming your item.
I haven’t received my notification email and it’s past the 48 hour email notification deadline. What should I do?

When will the next auction begin?
Auctions will run during the middle of every month. Auction dates will be updated at the beginning of each month to the online auction site.
